This weeks and last week letters!
I'm so sorry that I'm so bad at writing home! I just have the "psh!
I'll tell 'em everything in 2 weeks" attitude :( haha.
Everything is going really good though :) it was so cool to see
Rebeccó pass the sacrament for the first time yesterday haha. He was
so lost but he thought it was so cool :). It's awesome to see the
innocent excitement that new converts have in the church. 2 years is
worth it just to see things like that :).
These next 2 weeks are gonna be super busy. This weekend we have stake
conference and I have to go to Gilbratar for a baptismal interview and
exchanges. Then next week we got to Sevilla for zone conference. We
also have to help with the Open House of the next Stake Center in San
Fernando next week and then it's over! It's so weird! It's gonna go by
so fast because there's is so much going on!
It was super trunky to see the itinerary for Bear Lake! Haha I had no
idea :) and I got super excited! I also freaked out when I saw the
Spotify icon on a kids phone yesterday. Haha :) but I'm still going
good :) elder Letts says that you guys are super ready for me to come
home haha. It'll be good.
I love you guys! Hope you have a good week!
Elder Marchant
I have never no more normal days left in the mission! Last Friday I
want to Gilbratar and Saturday went to San Fernando to stake
conference, back to San Fernando for stake conference on Sunday.
Today is P-day. I made Hamburgers for the district :). With
Caramelized onions, pineapple, BBQ sauce, cheese, mayo, avocado, and
bacon :) they were super good. Made me USA trunky haha :)
Tomorrow we go to Sevilla for Zone Conference, Wednesday I'll probably
have exchanges with the Elders here I'm Jeréz. Then Thursday we are
going to San Fernando to help with the open house of the New Stake
Center. Friday we are gonna have a big Family home Evening with some
less active members and Saturday there are some baptisms here. Sunday
will be my last Sunday and then my last p day on Monday. I have no
more normal days! Haha. It's super weird.

Only 3 more Sundays...
I can't believe I only have 3 Sundays left in Spain. It doesn't feel
real! Haha. I get all this little reminders, though. Like emails from
the office telling me how much my bags need to weigh and everything,
emails from the missionary department telling me what to do with the
iPad, my bishop asking me if I'm "trunky" and actually using that word
haha (he's my favorite bishop in the mission by the way).
Weeks when we go to Malaga are always rough because we always lose so
much time between traveling to and from Malaga, planning Zone Meeting
and getting everything ready for it, and spending a whole day in Cádiz
for the meeting. But even though the week has been really
unsuccessful, I feel better. I feel like I've been more diligent. So
that's good :).
Zone meeting was really good :). One of the Sisters in the zone made
me sing, mom. She knew that if should said "You're mom will be so
happy if you do it!" that she could get me to do it. :). Also, there
is an American Naval base just outside of Jeréz and there is a Senior
couple of missionaries there and they always make lunch for the zone
when we have zone meeting, they made hot dogs and Macaroni and cheese
on Friday! It was so good! Haha. It has been so long since I have had
Mac and Cheese! They also brought Elder Martín and me a box of Mug
Root Beer from the base and we made Root Beer Floats the other day.
:).
Yesterday I ordained Rebeccó a priest and gave him the Aaronic
priesthood. That was a neat experience. He has been so excited to get
the priesthood and he thinks that it's the coolest thing ever that
next week he can bless the sacrament.
I'm getting to the point where it's more effective to just tell you
all my stories when I'm home ;) haha. It's coming too soon! But it
will be good :). Love you guys!
